Happy National Toast Day! One of my fave foods ever is avocado toast, cottage cheese toast or a combo of them both 😉

I used to love also adding egg white patties from @goodfoodmadesimple to my toast.. but I think it’s been discontinued because I haven’t seen it anywhere :-(

Snow days x national banana bread day go hand & hand 🤝 The most perfect way to use those ripe bananas, have a cozy morning, and share your baking talents with the rest of the world 🌎 @go_nanas x @oat.haus combo is my favorite!

I love adding a dash of Greek yogurt & Fairlife milk as well to my mix instead of butter/oils and maple syrup, but you can easily follow box instructions or use dairy free alternatives when baking too.

For this particular loaf, I actually opted to use water & coconut yogurt since I have dairy allergies on staff.

Muffins are one of my favorite foods of all-time and I need to eat more of them. I love treating myself to a pastry muffin, making homemade muffins, meal prepping muffins, and even creating healthier versions. There’s a place for it all in life 🙌⁣

I love using @go_nanas banana bread mix as a base to reduce ingredients, ensure allergy friendliness for all, and support my favorite people while adding my own secret ingredient twists to the mixes! I also prefer making muffins for portions, portability & sharing ease.

One of my fave GoNanas baking hacks is subbing the oil/ maple syrup/honey for @oat.haus granola butter! And I love using protein milk & powder for a little nutrition by addition with @drinkiconic & @slatemilk

Forever obsessed with all things chocolate mint and this chocolate mint cookie protein shake was the perfect easy way to start my day with 40g of protein.
All you need is @slatemilk mocha latte or classic chocolate, 1 serving of @cleansimpleeats mint chocolate cookie protein powder, 2 trays of ice & 1 tbsp of sugar free pudding mix @jello!

Sometimes I add a frozen banana as well, but was spreading out my nutrition more on this day due to my schedule!
